HOW CAN I MINIMISE LOSS AND DAMAGE WHEN I HIRE FROM JOHN BROWN CATERHIRE ?

* Always take care in re-packing the equipment.
* Try to put items back in the original boxes.
* Look at the box labels and sort cutlery wherever possible.
* Make sure linen cloths are dry before returning as mildew can quickly set in especially in warm weather.
* If using candles, try and avoid drips especially from colured candles as the colour can stain cloths.
* Take care when taking Linen off tables to avoid ripping!
* Try to avoid standing on Linen to avoid foot marks that cannot be removed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I BREAK OR LOSE SOMETHING ? As it is not unusual for small items to go missing
or get broken or lost, such as tea spoons or glasses.
* This should show up if you re-pack your hired items as per the labels on the boxes.
